Mehdi has over 15 years' experience in growing tech startups and managing AI-powered data analytics products. He is currently CEO and Founder of Mapizy, a GeoAI Company, and an adjunct professor at UWA.

His R&D work has had a high impact globally and awarded by Microsoft, Deloitte, MAXAR and the American and UK Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. At Mapizy, he's leading a team of AI engineers to create geospatial analytics for all kinds of industries

چکیده سخنرانی:

Recent advances in AI has created new opportunities for businesses and innovators worldwide. In this workshop, Dr Ravanbakhsh will be discussing the approach to design a successful geospatial software product and shares his experience in the Australian context through various interesting use cases in utilisation of AI for quantifying the changing built and natural environment ranging from agtech and Insuretech through to proptech and mining.
